Background: Arundel Travel are an independent travel agent based in the historic market town of Otley.

Our Work: We were approached by Helen at Arundel Travel at the beginning of her lifelong dream to open her own independent travel agency. Taking a brand in it’s infancy is always an exciting project, and after a few discussions we set to work creating a recognisable but unique brand identity, stationery and a Marketing Launch Plan based around being unique and focussed on great customer service.

We helped Helen to gain brand awareness and generate a loyal local following on social media prior to her opening the doors of her new shop. Due to our local knowledge we knew that no-one was aware that a new travel agency was due to open, and by creating excitement online, we were delighted on the launch evening to generate a fantastic 600 Facebook followers!

Since opening their doors in December 2018 we have worked closely with Helen to create key promotional design and print that showcase her passion for the industry and customer service, such as Opening Hours Window Vinyls, Branded Door Push & Pull Signs, Ticket Wallets, Luggage Labels, VIP Cards, Business Cards, Our Promise Window Posters and various Travel Partner Window Campaign Graphics to help drive footfall into the shop.

We continue to work closely with the team to create exciting and unique marketing concepts to get them noticed and help them to stand out from the ‘travel industry’ crowd!
